My work goes beyond one-to-one career coaching. I am actively involved in a range of projects designed to develop talent, strengthen communication skills, and support professional growth in diverse environments:

I facilitate group workshops for NGOs and corporate teams, focusing on career clarity, leadership development, and effective communication. These sessions are practical, interactive, and tailored to the real challenges participants face in their professional lives.

I am the co-founder of the Russian-speaking Toastmasters Club in Copenhagen, where I continue to be an active member. The club provides a safe, structured environment for professionals to build confidence in public speaking, leadership, and self-expression - skills that are essential for career progression in any industry.

I am a co-founder of Career LevelUP Academy - an educational platform, which helps Russian-speaking professionals in Denmark navigate career transitions, strengthen their personal brand, and move to the next level with clarity and purpose.

Each project reflects my belief that sustainable career growth comes from a combination of self-awareness, strong communication, and practical tools that can be applied immediately in real-world contexts.
